History: Lupe had a spoiled upbringing, always bored, little responsibility, he got bored one day and went sailing
in his yacht with some friends, his boat sprung a leak in the middle of the night and went down. Everyone but Lupe drowned. He spent two years on the island. He came back a changed man. He got a job working for mythos in the military but was recently banished. Now he has settled upon a little island off the radar.

Personality: Lupe is cheery and always does whatever he wants for kicks, he is a complete sadist and likes to watch others in discomfort, he is quite obsessive and is quick to start a fight, and usually win it. He enjoys toying with his enemies before defeating them. He is also a complete psychopath, and more or less just wants to watch the world burn.
