History: The son of the queen, Katsu ran from his life of royalty at the age of 12 living on the streets of Sovereign until he was 14 when he joined the army. He then became very skilled in swords. When he left the army at 18 he led a carefree life mainly sleeping and fishing.

Personality: A carefree spirit. Can be serious when needed. Helps people no matter the cost. Will try to avoid a fight if possible but is not afraid to use the skills he learned in the army.
